Forte Village

A project realised with Herd Represented to showcase Village.

As producer, I took part in the briefing, managed the relationship with the client, and organised travel logistics for the whole crew. I cast the models, briefed styling and make-up, and coordinated outfits with the schedule. With a crew of 19 people, including eight models, the schedule had to account for outfit changes, travel time between locations, and hair and make-up time for everyone. I oversaw post-production, expense reporting and invoicing.
